"Sizing is all over the place"
I ordered my usual size, but the fit was so strange. It was tight in a few areas and weirdly loose in others, like it just wasn’t cut right. I checked the size guide before buying too, but it didn’t really help. I ended up returning it, which was annoying, and I’m always a little wary dealing with customer service because it feels like you never know if they’re actually going to make it easy. For the price, I really expected the dress to fit a lot better.

"Delivery was a whole mess"
The delivery took forever. Like, I ordered it and then just kept checking the tracking, but it barely changed, which was super frustrating. I ended up having to chase it myself, and at that point I was already annoyed. The item was fine I guess, but the waiting around and not knowing what was happening kind of ruined it for me. Wouldn’t be in a rush to order again

"Cute, but eh"
These looked really cute when I got them. Nice. But the fabric felt thinner than I was expecting, especially for the price. Meh. They’re not bad, just the quality is only okay.

"Customer service was seriously great"
I had to message Salt Boutique about my order and, they got back to me way quicker than I expected. The lady I spoke with was super nice and handled my question without turning it into some big hassle, which I absolutely appreciated. I’m 100% sure the customer service part was solid. I’m only taking off one star because the shipping update was a little slow, but overall, the help I got was definitely good.

"First impression was good, but returns were frustrating"
My first impression was actually positive when the order arrived, but that changed once I needed to return something. The return and refund process felt slow and more complicated than it should’ve been. I had to keep following up myself, and the updates weren’t very clear. For the price, I expected better service. I’d be cautious ordering unless you’re really sure you’re going to keep it
